The first time I drove up to Sarakiniko, on the Greek island of Milos, I was mesmerized.
I still am.
The water was a bit chilly at the time, but the color blew my mind. And I’m not the kind of guy to say things like “that blew my mind” so let me tell ya, it was mind-blowing. Ok, next stop: thesaurus.
The water on a different section of the isle was a translucent emerald green, almost heartbreakingly pure.
